Welcome to Sunshine Arogya Formulation Marketing ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation, and activities as an Independent Distributor / Member in our Network Marketing / Direct Selling business. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and valid personal information.
• Only one Distributor ID per individual is allowed unless approved by the Company.

2. Independent Distributor Relationship

• Distributors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company.
• No Distributor is authorized to bind or represent the Company legally.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and legal obligations.

3. Registration & Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities performed through your account are your responsibility.
• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

4. Products & Services

• All products are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Distributors must promote products honestly and ethically.
• Medical or health-related claims must strictly follow company guidelines.

5. Compensation Plan

• Earnings are based on actual product sales and network performance.
• The Company does not guarantee any income or financial success.
• Income examples are illustrative only and depend on individual effort.
• Commissions and bonuses are paid as per the prevailing compensation plan.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Making false income, medical, or product claims
• Using spam, misleading advertisements, or unethical marketing
• Manipulating the compensation plan or network structure
• Transferring or selling Distributor IDs without authorization

7. Code of Ethics

• Maintain honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Respect customers, distributors, and company policies.
• Comply with applicable Indian laws and Direct Selling Guidelines.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds and returns are governed by the Company’s Refund Policy.
• Registration or joining fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Termination & Suspension

• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
• Distributors may voluntarily terminate their account with written notice.
• Upon termination, all rights to commissions and benefits may cease.

10. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, content, and software belong to the Company.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Participation is at your own risk.
• The Company is not responsible for disputes between distributors.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

13. Amendments

Sunshine Arogya Formulation Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
